Yes, we offer an hourly rate of $400 plus GST for those who prefer not to use our fixed-fee options.

No. Any financial arrangements must be determined between the parents.

Yes, we offer online services throughout New Zealand via phone or video call, making our consultations accessible regardless of your location.

Who should fill out the online information gathering forms?

Both parties should complete the forms together if possible. If one party completes them alone, the other should review and agree before submitting the form.

Should we book consultations together or separately?

We recommend booking consultations with both parties being present. However, if that’s not possible, we can tailor our services to meet individual needs.

Are there family law matters you do not handle?

We do not handle relationship property matters or cases involving current or historical allegations of family violence or child abuse. Our focus is on amicable and collaborative resolutions.

Do you appear in Court?

Our services aim to negate the need for court appearances. However, Natalie has extensive court experience and can represent clients if necessary.

Is legal advice required if we've reached a parenting agreement?

Legal advice is not required, but may be recommended to ensure you fully understand your rights and responsibilities.

Can you advise both my partner and me?

To ensure there is no conflict of interest, we can only advise one party. We can, however, refer you to a number of experienced family lawyers specialising in collaborative law.
